I am Shinto

I was just doing some research at work when I stumbled across these gems on Amazon.com:
'

They strike me as being really '90s for some reason. I think because they remind me of that segment from Reading Rainbow where the kids would do like a book review of one they liked. I think its funny how they don't all looks happy. I saw the Protestant one first and its all like "I am Protestant" and she just looks sorta bummed.

Spooky

Methinks I know my Halloween costume for this year. Here's a clue:

Damn. That picture makes me wanna dress up as her before the change.
Of course, there are still other options on the table such as, Ash Ketchum, a geisha, and Andrew W.K. And Kimmy is having a jungle animals themed bday party about a week before Halloween so I get to choose an animal to be as well. I sorta wanna dress as Mogli. My stupid short hair would work for that. (And my features of indeterminate race!) Aren't you supposed to get used to a haircut after a while. Its been over a month at this point and I still really want my long hair back.

Freud says: Why are all your posts about '90s memorabilia?

Today at work I turned on the lobby tv

and made everyone watch a Saved by the Bell marathon!

Penne with only olive oil, parmesan, a little bit of garlic, and red salt (that's right. red. salt.) is the best! How did I not make moreeeeee!?!????!!!!

I just applied to be both a wardrobe production assistant and to be in a play from listings I found online. I think this might be a weird effect of me starting school today.

This local news anchor has the best twitter ever!!!! (Of the two I've ever seen, but the other is Kanye West so, really, that's saying quite a lot.) < 3 Gene Cox

Ain't too proud to beg

Today as I was walking down the street wearing these: And carrying this:

I thought to myself, what day is it? Then I remembered it was August 10th 1993.

I picked up that fine piece of art at the Goodwill dollar a pound today to complement the Spice Girls CD insert on my bedroom door. Who are the Spice Girls you ask? Wait a couple years. Your mind will be blown!

I'm about to go have the spicy tuna roll of my dreamsssssss!!! (aka the spicy tuna roll I've been wanting since yesterday morning!) Also, I watched some Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami today when I got home from work. It's been a dang good day.
PS.
I wish my laundrymat was like that!

JP

Went to see the midnight showing of Jurassic Park at Bowtie last night and it WAS WAY BETTER THAN I REMEMBERED! I had completely forgotten the fact that it actually was going to have a plot because seeing it as a kid I just remembered it being scary (especially the scene where the velocoraptors chase those kids around that kitchen omg I never forgot that) and about dinosaurs and I didn't remember any storyline, but it was awesome and hilarious (not necessarily on purpose) and actually still pretty frightening.

That shot roused a lot of laughs amongst my friends. Apparently Goldblum's natural state after breaking his leg in a dinosaur related accident is to lounge seductively with his shirt unbuttoned.

One of my fav quotes. When the little boy gets saved from the car that's hanging upside down in the tree and he says "I threw up." And the girl made the BEST FACES EVER!!! What happened to her? Okay I just looked it up. Ain't much happened. She was on one episode of Boy Meets World and now is 31. Weird.
