Shoes

I finally found shoes like these! (urban outfitters)

And I'm not afraid to say it's because of this....

.....

....

Alexa Chung! dun dun dunnnnnnnn.

In other news that follows in list form:

1. Today at work I was assigned an article about oyster buyboats and decided to title it "Hello, Good Buyboats." I'm pretty proud of myself.

2. MY LEAKY WINDOWSILL SUCKS!!! STILL!!!!
a. i realized that it might be the reason for my messed up breathing lately. (allergic to mold)
b. do NOT rent from Metro Properties, Richmonders. I mean it!

3. I have a new project in the works! (Don't I sound like one of those bloggers that has a secret collaboration and they're just waitin' to let the news out and it sound super important and cool 'cause they call it "new project"? Well, this isn't really like that since it's an entrepenuerial [note to self: learn to spell that word] thing. But! I am excited!)

4. So You Think You Can Dance is really amazing. The only person I know who would agree with me is my aunt Linda. I mean, people are chacha-ing to Kedollarsignha right now, everyone is like awesome at dancing and its all inspirtationalandshit, and Kat Deeley's outfits are always on point. Just sayin'.

Freedom of Speech, bitchesssss

IF YOU LIVE IN RICHMOND DO NOT-- I REPEAT, DO NOT-- RENT FROM METRO PROPERTIES.

Yeah, my apartment is pretty cute and close to campus, but underneath my window sill has been leaking everytime there is heavy rain since I've moved in. I've reported the problem numerous times and people have come to "fix" it, but just add more and more caulk and it doesn't work. The owner of the building refuses to give any restitution or contact me directly, even though I have always paid rent on time and my matress has water damage and I wrote him a letter expressing this.

It's raining now and I ran to my room and was greeted with a puddle of water that the two towels I've laid down can barely soak up. Awesome. Glad I moved my computer.

DO NOT RENT FROM METRO PROPERTIES.

6th Street Market Place

We went ice skating the other day on the outdoor rink that is now on Broad between 6th and 7th. For the hour or so that you're circling around the ice, Richmond feels like it has a legitimate downtown. The rink will be there until March. Good job Richmond!

Richmond what up

People of Richmond,

If you don't want creepy old dudes touchin' your shit don't go to the coin laundry on Ryland and Grace. Moving my stuff to the dryers FOR ME isn't doing me any favors, buddy. I was coming back to do that myself. I don't put my bras in there. I don't put clothes that aren't supposed to go in the dryer in the dryer. I'm the only person I want touching my underwear (unless they have my consent). If you put three towels in a dryer with all the other clothes its gonna take them A LOT longer to dry which is a huge inconvinience for me. All of these things are made worse by the fact THAT I DIDN'T WANT YOU TOUCHING MY STUFF IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm glad you lost a couple bucks of your own money paying for my clothes to finish drying and I hope you keep losing business. I ain't comin' back. I had a very, very calm day before this. (<-- That last bit is a link. And its a good'un!)

End rant.

PS. I had a delicious brunch at 821 this morning. If you're in the Richmond area and are looking to have a delicious brunch but not looking to get your clothes touched by weirdoes without your consent, then I highly suggest 821. I can't be all negative.

You are the worst. Like, seriously, the WORST. Like, you suck sooooooo much.

Sincerly,
