"Bicycle dog leads conga line"
How is this happening somewhere where so few people are watching? The people to pomeranian ratio just seems to be off. Off to the point that it isn't understandable. And that one dog is riding a bike! Like, he's peddling a bike! How?! How do they get them to do this?! This blows my mind! And makes me giggle A LOT.
