U ni ku lo

I had never been to Uniqlo before today. (I ain't from no fancy pants city! ) But now I'm in New York and today I went. AND I GOT A PAIR OF JEANS THAT FIT PERFECTLY FOR $49 AND THEY HEM THEM FOR FREE. How? How is this possible? Do Uniqlo jeans fit everyone perfectly? I don't have a very "Japanese shape", as it were. There was no gapping above my butt (jeans tend to present me with butt-to-waist ratio problems), they weren't weirdly distressed-- just plain old dark blue-- they didn't do weird things to my crotch *cough*Levi'sfromthriftstore*cough*, and THEY GET HEMMED FOR FREE. I didn't even mind that they were stretchy, which is something I've always hated in jeans and why I hadn't bought/worn any in so long. Seriously, I wanna know if I'm the only one who's experienced this or if they have weird Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants magical properties. You know I'm not being paid to say this-- my blog isn't popular.
